Your order is shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains the tracking number and the parcel carrier for your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on the 'Track your order' button in that email. We offer a free 30 day return policy as long as the product is in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. For help processing your return, please write to our customer support team at hi@toynama.com

A product can get damaged while in transit or in rare cases come out defective during production. In such cases please write to us at hi@toynama.com with pictures of the product within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you a free product replacement.

We process and ship packages across India within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000 pan India. Otherwise, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100.
